Apartments feature hardwood floors, maple kitchen cabinets with granite countertops, dishwasher, and thru-the-wall air conditioning units in the living room and bedrooms. Some larger 2 bedroom apartments include a washer/dryer. Each apartment has its own entrance and storage bin. There is a laundry facility on site. No dogs are allowed.

Rent includes heat, gas, and water. Parking and garages are available at an additional cost ($35 - $75 per month). A 1 month security deposit is due upon execution of the lease. A rental application is required to be completed by each applicant.
